TelTalker is committed to safeguarding corporate identity, voice call streams, Call Detail Records (CDRs), and communications telemetry with carrier-grade encryption and rigorous regulatory adherence.
When you use the TelTalker platform, we collect information necessary to provision virtual numbers, authenticate organizational accounts, process voice calls through priority routing trees, and satisfy telecom regulatory verification requirements.
Data collected by TelTalker is exclusively used to operate, optimize, and secure voice communications:
TelTalker records call sessions in dual-channel stereo format (Caller on the Left Channel, Destination Agent on the Right Channel) when enabled in campaign settings.
All SIP signaling is encrypted using TLS 1.3, and voice media streams are protected with Secure Real-time Transport Protocol (SRTP).
Audio recordings and CDR archives stored in cloud storage vaults are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 keys.
By default, call recordings are retained for 90 days unless a custom retention policy is configured in the tenant administration dashboard. Tenants maintain full ownership and can delete recordings at any time.
To deliver global phone numbers and voice termination, we partner with audited Tier-1 telecom providers:
